Some partnerships just feel like a natural fit 💚

We love what the team at @herdays_uk are doing, so we’re delighted to be partnering with them and making it our post-run spot every Sunday.

Our first run together is this Sunday, 18 October, and we’ll be meeting every Sunday at 9am at the Kingsway Park big car park, Hodgkinson Road, Kirkby in Ashfield. Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can warm up together.

After the run, we’ll head to Her Days for a smoothie, a catch-up and their discounted food menu only for us runners ☕️

Everyone’s welcome, whatever your pace or ability. Come and run with us — no one runs alone.

Spox run club rules. (We know they are boring but they are important)
Please make yourself aware of the rules and follow them while attending the run club, this will help create a safe and friendly environment for everyone.
⚫️ This is NOT a racing club, walking is fine. Community > PB
🔴 All under 16s to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
🔵 No pets allowed. (We don’t want people tripping over pets or the leads)
🟢 We strongly discourage the use of headphones.
🟠 Follow all road traffic signs, and be cautious near the roads. Safety > Pace
🟣 Please don’t block up the pavements for other predestinations.
🟡 Look out for your fellow run crew members. If someone is struggling, please help them and alert a run crew leader.
⚪️ Smile and have fun. (This one is important!)

THE CRUNCH RUN. ❤️🏃‍♂️

Yesterday was a special one.

Miles Over Matter x @crunchfooduk x @spox_official bringing people together for one morning, one 5K and one proper community atmosphere.

Different ages. Different abilities. Different backgrounds.

Everyone showed up, supported each other and brought the right energy.

That’s what Miles Over Matter is about.

Not who finishes first.
Not who’s the fastest.
Just people moving, meeting new faces and doing something positive for themselves physically and mentally.

Massive thank you to Crunch Mansfield, SPOX and every single person who came down and made it what it was.

Looking through these pictures, I’m just proud of what we’re building. ❤️

We run every Sunday in Mansfield.

Any age. Any ability.

Want to get involved? Message me or DM @milesover.matter.

📸 Photographer: @stag_shoots

Not a competition, just dedication.
You vs you.

YOU’VE GOT TO MEET MEECH.

We only met Meech, the founder of @milesover.matter, a week ago—but hearing the 25 year-old’s story and seeing what he’s building has genuinely inspired us.

Meech has been on a huge journey of his own. He’s come through real struggles and decided to turn those experiences into something positive for other people.

He wanted to create something new in Mansfield. Something that brings people together. Something people can look forward to—and a reason to get out of bed on a Sunday instead of losing the day to a hangover.

That idea became Miles Over Matter.

This Saturday, two run clubs are coming together: @spoxrun x Miles Over Matter. Two communities with the same belief that running is about far more than the miles.

Expect a relaxed 5K, music, proper energy, plenty of laughs and loads of new people to meet. It doesn’t matter how fast you are—just come down and be part of it.

📍 Crunch, Sutton
📅 Saturday 5th Sept
⏰ 9:30 a.m.
🏃 5K

Come and meet Meech. Come and hear his story. Come and change your Saturday morning with us.

This is what community is all about. ❤️
