Getting funky with it lately.
When you’re training a lot, you gotta keep training, fun. Here’s a glimpse into my final session yesterday with a bunch of sled drags, bag throws, strongman carries and target practice 🔫💪🏻

Been putting in some good work @ergshoot to mix things up and it’s definitely been a great addition to my training.
——
If you’re heading to Wodapalooza SoCal, they’ll be out there running a standalone challenge on Saturday and it’s gonna be hype.

There are some pretty wild prizes up for grabs too.
