Hear ye! Here! Today III has arrived! We're really glad to have something else out there in the world but this would be nothing without our Midwest rag taggers who kept us moving along.

2X thanks @raeganlabat for spending an evening snapping pics of us and @parlourandramp for giving us the space to do so! A gallery for the people, people. @elysejohnsonartist knocked our crusty socks OFF w her animation and direction in the Iambic Pentameter music video!! Doug at @jamdek_recording is a man that really gets us, you know? And Greg at @chicagomasteringservice used his number 1 sense (ears) to capture our essence. And of course Sam at @feelitrecordshop for letting us do our thing.

MOSTLY we're pretty glad to know all you out there www and real world wow what a time we are all having hope to see you out there soon friends!!! taken in Chicago, IL by @spread____joy

𝐒𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃 𝐉𝐎𝐘 - "𝐈𝐈𝐈"

This is gonna be quick! And believe me, with a record this much up my alley, I could spend hours going on about it — about that fantastic libertine guitar with license to kill, that sparkling rhythm section that makes everything crackle while somehow keeping the whole damn thing rock solid, or that perfect bassline, so tight, so fabulous and packed with so much groove that it’ll make you move even if you’ve nailed your feet to the floor... And then there’s that voice... Woooow. I adore her! Regula Sing, Sue Tissue, Hagen... No more references for you. From now on, you’re one of them. Please, Briana, marry me. Although... what for? Listening to a record like this makes me so damn happy!
They say third time’s the charm. And it’s not like their previous records were missing anything. Not at all. This band were winners from the very first second, from that first guitar blast at the beginning of this decade, but on their third album for @feelitrecordshop — who else? — they’ve never sounded this tight, locked together like a Swiss watch, and somehow they’ve managed to make a record with this many acrobatics, twists, turns and full-blown circus stunts feel like it requires zero training. Ten doses of addictive dopamine delivering instant pleasure and getting you hooked with absolutely no way back.
I honestly can’t see you topping this. Then again, if anyone can, it’s you. I love you to the marrow of my bones.
