6:30 am. If you’ve been watching my stories, you’ve probably noticed I’ve been adding daily pull-ups to my morning routine.Morning push-ups have been a non-negotiable for years. Pull-ups are simply the next standard.My goals were never to be the kind of man always chasing motivation or validation.
