Finally the album designer that makes you want to design albums.
No templates. No auto-crops. Full freedom.

POSTS STORIES REELS

Big news for album season: Spreadu just got a whole lot more affordable. 🎉

Starting today, our monthly plan is down to $29/mo (was $35), and the Unlimited Annual plan is down to just $199/year (was $295)—putting nearly $100 right back into your business before you even design your next spread.

Our goal has always been simple: help you turn albums into a high-margin income stream, not an overhead headache.

Want an easy win this week? Grab a gallery you’ve already delivered, build a quick album layout, and send your client the preview link. Once they see their photos arranged as a tangible heirloom ready to hold, the album practically sells itself. by @spreadu_designer

Handmade albums, beautiful covers and stories worth holding onto ✨

In this Lab Spotlight, we’re celebrating Kvalitní Fotky, a family-run Czech lab creating photo books for photographers and their clients.

From linen and velvet covers to engraving and photo details, there are plenty of ways to make each album feel personal. And with the Parent’s Book Set, couples can share their wedding story with family in two smaller copies.

You can design your @kvalitnifotky album in Spreadu, share it with your client for feedback and prepare the spreads for print.

You don’t have to be good with language to use our album designer. You don’t even have to be good at designing. Focus on photography. We’ll hold your hand with albums. by @spreadu_designer

Ok. How good are these covers?

Meet @konpoli_albums_nederland , the latest lab in our Spotlight series. Their albums are handmade in Greece, with a team in Dokkum and plenty of ways to make each one your own.

Beautiful textures, bold colours, custom printing… they can even work a bride’s veil into her album cover. We love that.

You can design your KONPOLI album in Spreadu too. Play with layouts, get your couple’s feedback and export files prepared for the lab. Then comes the difficult bit: choosing a cover.

Take a look at the full feature on spreadu.com/blog. Your next studio sample might be in there. 👀

We’ve tried hard. Really hard. Couldn’t find one single reason. Let us know if you find one.

Photo Album - Wedding Album - Photo Book by @spreadu_designer

The scariest thing about Halloween for photographers is realising November is here and “sell more albums” is still sitting on your to-do list. 👻

Album sales season is upon us. Thankfully, we’ve built a tool that makes the design part a whole lot less scary. by @spreadu_designer

Name another album designer that buys you an ice cream from the Pistacheria next door when you sign up for an annual subscription. We’ll wait. 🍦

At @wayupnorth in Valencia, that was us. 1000s of hours spent building Spreadu, perfecting the drag and drop, making album design easier… and our closing pitch was “we’ll get you an ice cream.”

Honestly, we should’ve led with that. by @spreadu_designer

Small features. Big benefits.
We’re obsessed with making Spreadu as intuitive as possible so you can focus on the images and story and not which button to click. by @spreadu_designer

THRIVE BRIGHTON 2026 | COMMENT THRIVE BRIGHTON

There's a lot that goes into making Thrive happen, and we couldn't do half of it without the brilliant businesses who get behind us.

One of our favourite things about working with our sponsors is that they actually understand what it's like to be a photographer.

In fact, every single person joining us from our sponsor teams in Brighton has been a photographer at some point.

They know the late nights editing, the endless admin, the excitement of delivering a gallery you're really proud of and the realities of trying to run a creative business.

Which means they're pretty good people to have a conversation with.

They're also bringing along some rather lovely things for you to get involved with, from @canon_uk kit loans and prints to @pictime_us Bingo, prizes and a few surprises.

So when you're at Thrive, please go and say hello. Ask questions, try things out and get to know the people behind the brands. They're very much part of our little photography community too.

A huge thank you to all our sponsors for helping us make this year's Thrive happen. It's nearly time!

The future is here. It up to us, the photographers, to print our work so no one forgets about the past. by @spreadu_designer

Green shirts, green banners, green tablecloths… subtle has never really been our thing. 💚

@wayupnorth in Valencia was something special. It was so good to meet you all in our city and have this brilliant community right on our doorstep.

And a huge thank you for cheering Hannah on when she joined us on stage. After NINE YEARS of asking what Way Up North actually is, she finally got to see it with her own eyes. First visit, straight onto the stage. She’s clearly worked out how this conference thing works. 😂

Thank you to everyone who stopped for a chat, watched a demo or shared such lovely feedback about Spreadu. We put a lot of ourselves into this, so hearing your excitement means more than you probably realise.

Being part of this community means so much to us. Thanks for making us feel so welcome. Even in our own city. 💚
