Some experiences are difficult to capture in words because what made them extraordinary wasn’t any one moment.

45 beautiful souls. 4 practitioners. One breathtaking sanctuary filled with some of the most magnificent crystals I have ever stood among. And all of us gathering in the heart of the eclipse portal to step away from ordinary life for an afternoon and simply…

Remember.
Embody.
Become.

Looking through these photos and videos, I can still feel it—the presence, openness, joy, tenderness, and willingness to participate fully.

We moved through ceremony, meditation, sacred ritual, cacao, movement, Yoga Nidra, sound, Reiki, reflection, connection, laughter, and tears. And somewhere along the way, 49 individuals became one incredibly beautiful container of shared experience.

There was nothing passive about this gathering. Everyone who walked through those doors helped create it. Their presence became part of the ceremony. Their energy became part of the sound. Their willingness became part of the transformation.

And holding it alongside Liz, Tracy, and Ashley made it even more meaningful. Each brought her own gifts, presence, love, and devotion into the space, creating something together that none of us could have created alone.

I have facilitated many ceremonies and sound experiences over the years, but this one felt different.

Elevated. Alive. Effortless. Joyful. Sacred.

Perhaps our most beautiful ceremonial sound experience yet.

More than anything, I feel gratitude—for every person who said yes, every hand that helped create the space, the magnificent crystals surrounding us, the friendships and collaborations that make this work so joyful, and the community that continues to show me what becomes possible when we gather with intention.

For one precious afternoon, we stepped outside of ordinary life long enough to remember something deeper:

Who we have been.
Who we are.
And who we are becoming.

Remember • Embody • Become wasn’t simply the name of our gathering.

It became something we lived together. ✨

Setting out on a journey to show my son the European world of how in touch and kind people are that live amongst the streets.
Visiting restaurants where Picasso sat and being inspired by art and couture.
The Eiffel Tower was all inspiring!
I jumped all in and bought myself a Louis Vuitton for the first time.

Not only did I buy this purse for myself, but thinking that someone who is an amazing artist ,that I could be an art collector of this wonderful woman.
97 years strong painting till the end.
Her art selling it auctions for over $52 million. Can you imagine what one’s heart feels & to see year after a year of their true North Star.

Someone captured it while we were posing for another photo yesterday, and I think that’s why I love it so much.

The laughter. The joy. The ease. The love. The absolute delight of creating something meaningful alongside women you adore and trust.

Yesterday’s Remember • Embody • Become ceremony was truly one of the most beautiful experiences we have ever created together. Everything flowed with such ease and synchronicity, and the presence, openness, and connection within the room were extraordinary.

And today, my heart is just overflowing with gratitude for these two women.

There is so much that happens before anyone ever walks through the doors. The visioning, conversations, preparation, hauling, arranging, creating, practicing, problem-solving, tending to a thousand tiny details… and then finally letting all of it go so we can become completely present and listen to what the room is asking of us.

It is a monumental amount of work.

And it is an absolute labor of love.

Yesterday, so many people reflected back to us that they could feel the care, intention, experience, and energy that went into creating what they received. That acknowledgment touched me more deeply than I can say.

Because this work matters.

Creating spaces where people can soften, rest, receive, remember themselves, shift something that has become stuck, and reconnect with what is true beneath all the noise… this is why we do it.

And to get to do it alongside women whose gifts I respect so deeply—and whose friendship brings this much laughter and joy into the process—is something I will never take for granted.

Yesterday was one of those beautiful reminders of why I chose this path and why I continue to say yes to this work.

Exhausted today? Absolutely. 😂
