What an amazing atmosphere at Runfest in Sandnes this weekend 🤩 With 1500m, 5000m, 10 000m and half marathon races, as well as 5000m and 10 000m without timing, we were expecting an action filled weekend, but this exceeded all expectations 🏃

We had Spring victories in both the women’s and men’s 1500m and 5000m 🙌 Malin finished on top of the podium in the 1500m with Wilma finishing 3rd - in the 5000m Wilma won the race with Malin coming in 2nd place 🔥 For the men, Jakob won both the 1500m and 5000m ahead of Andreas who finished 2nd in both events 💥

Thanks for the great weekend @runfest.norway, we can’t wait for next year 💚

Jakob closed out his season in style with a 2nd-place finish in the 5000m at the World Athletics Road Running Championships in Copenhagen 🥈

After making his comeback at the European Championships following a long injury break, he continued to deliver strong results in the final races of the season 🤩

Definitely something to build on heading into the offseason and the buildup to next season 🏃‍♂️ by @springrunclub

Back in the 1500m 🏃

Jakob made his comeback in the 1500m in Silesia after his injury break. This was his first Diamond League event since September 2024 and it was just the beginning 🔥

With a 4th-place finish, Jakob sees big opportunities in the races to come, already gearing up for the 1500m in Zürich on Thursday 🇨🇭

A fast finish to the European championships 💥

Magnus ran a season best in the 10 000m to claim 6th place in a race that in his own words felt «quite frustrating» - this shows just how much Magnus can achieve on a day where everything lines up 💪

In the 1500m heats both Marte and Andreas fought to make it to the final, but missed out 😔 Marte ran a strong qualifying and kept up with the front group for much of the race, before losing some positions in the final accelerations and finishing 12th in her heat 🙌

Andreas felt very good in his run, but some things didn’t quite click in the last 350m - an unfortunate ending after also falling in the 5000m 🥲 However this is just the beginning and leaves the championships many experiences richer 🤩

The European Championships are over for @tobiasgronstad 🇳🇴

Tobias was in a good position for most of his 800m semifinal, but was overtaken in the final stretch and crossed the line 4th in his semifinal in 1:45.26 🏃

With only the top 3 advancing directly, plus the 2 fastest non-automatic qualifiers from the two semifinals, that means the championships are over for Tobias.

New opportunities will come! 🙌
