⟡ How long have you been flowing? ⟡
I started flowing September 2024, so a little over a year and a half with my flowstars :))

⟡ What flow props do you use? ⟡
I mostly play with flowstars, but I have slowly been acquiring more props to learn and experiment with! I have a set of fans and a hoop, and I’m slowly but surely building confidence with both.

⟡ What is your Favorite Trick or Combo? ⟡
My favorite combo recently has been around the world, reverse around the world, shoulder flick to buzzsaw. Literally such an addicting pattern.

⟡ Who’s currently your Favorite Artist(s)? ⟡
Of The Trees, Effin, and Subtronics have been on heavy rotation for me recently!

⟡ Any other Hobbies outside of flowing? ⟡
I’m an artist through and through, dabbling in many mediums. Whether it’s crocheting, sketching, or tattooing, there’s a big chance I’m being creative. I also love to play video games with my friends and fiancé, read way too much fantasy, and snuggle my kitties! 🤍

⟡ If you could go back in time & tell yourself one thing when you first started flowing, what would you tell yourself? ⟡
YOU ARE ALLOWED TO TAKE UP SPACE!! Baby flow-me was terrified of being perceived by others and it kept me from practicing outside or attending flow meets for fear of judgement. The flow community is built for you to come as you are, skill level is irrelevant, and I have had nothing but positive experiences from putting me and my flow out into the world. Friends and willing teachers are easily acquired in the flowstar world. Put yourself out there and you’ll be delighted by the connections you make and the skills you can unlock!

Hey Southern Indiana Flowmies :)

Earth Day is this week and what better way is there to give back than honoring the outdoors we flow through.

Gather with us to clean our favorite park, Lower Cascades, this Saturday, April 25th! We’ll clean up as much as we can and then we’ll flow our hearts out for Mama Earth.

Hope to see you there! 🫶🏻🌎 taken in Bloomington, Indiana by @sproutspinzzz

9.17.2025 we’re engaged! 4 months today :3 so blessed to have you by my side for forever my sweet Sean. also MAJOR brownie points for proposing to me surrounded by flowmies and bass music at my favorite place on Earth 🤍 cannot wait to be back home with you this September !

finally getting around to posting these gorgeous moments that @eventlensofficial captured for us. in a true manner of Lost Lands magic, we ended up camping with this beautiful soul and without hesitation she jumped in to help Sean’s schemes less than 24 hours after meeting. truly, i cannot thank you enough Kym! 🫶🏻✨ also cannot go without thanking the @flowmiesofohio for celebrating our joy with us, looking forward to the reunion! 🖤🦖 by @sproutspinzzz
