🌿 Monday 20th July: Nature Colour Walk & Community Litter Pick ♻️
Join us on Monday for a gentle nature hunt and community litter pick! Bring your buggy, baby in a sling, or let your little explorer walk independently as we take our time noticing the beautiful colours around us on our local walk.

We’ll collect a few natural treasures to bring back for a fun painting activity, while also helping to care for our local environment by picking up litter along the way. It’s a lovely opportunity to connect with nature, encourage curiosity, and make a positive difference to our community together. 🍃

We can’t wait to see you there! Link in bio to book! 🌿 taken in Hangleton Community Centre by @sproutwithseth

Did you know I also work within your home? Here’s some magical moments from this weekend..exploring a gorgeous local park to find natural chalk, leaves and sticks. This shared room for discussions about texture and patterns on leaves and branches and what happens when we mix our own chalk to add colour to our woodland paint! 🪵🍂

This fun lasted ages and I left covered ! 😆 🎨 🌱

Slowing down in a fast paced world is tricky, especially whilst supporting little ones to navigate their experiences. So many tasks to do before that morning nap, lunch, the school pick up..

There's magic in spending more time in pause; enabling us to hear, touch, smell and taste the things we would rush past before.

Maybe you need some time in your week to experience this with your child? Come and play, reset and connect at Sprout Stay & Play. 🐌 🌱 🌦 taken in Hangleton Community Centre by @sproutwithseth

Well it’s been rather quiet over here in the Sprout corner, I have been navigating through my work life and the rocky challenges that ADHD brings me.

But.. I am so excited to announce Sprout with Seth is bringing bi-weekly Stay & Play sessions! This is a chance for families to connect and play with their child, learn about their development from a trained childcare professional and feel rooted in community. 🐚🍂 Time spent learning outdoors is crucial to children’s development and the best environment for increasing confidence. I get to witness each brave child face physical challenges and grow in their abilities, whilst they understand how it feels to be grounded in nature’s gentle pace. Together we co-regulate; hear the breeze through the trees, the waves crash and the birds sing. Together we problem solve, we create and connect. Not all education needs to stay indoors, come take a walk with me! 🍂🐚

Sprout wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t for the wonderful community I have found myself here in Brighton, who have helped inspire and encourage this work. It is so important to Sprout that families feel connected and children grow up inspired by one another. Sprout with Seth offers community based adventures; trips to local wildlife areas, library and bookshop trips and the opportunity to gain confidence and life skills as we safely get around our city. 🌱🚌
