This weekend’s meditative movement session for @phoilex.releaf’s @ultabeauty launch led by yours truly, Coach Rucci 🧡

Having experienced extremely chronic eczema over the last few years, I know firsthand how treacherous it can be to manage not only the physical side of it, but the mental and emotional side too. Considering all three + actively catering to them is what helped me get to a level of stability again, so I wanted to pour that energy back into the room for anyone that might’ve needed a little boost.

With anything, I believe looking at the root resolves so much, and I love that Phoilex has that approach towards healing through detoxifying from the crux of concern.

Grateful to have been part of such a special event and even more grateful to have a shared goal of healing more minds + bodies as we grow 🌱
