Team Waikiki spotlight: Meet Spencer Sticker, our 1st AD!

Spencer is a director, cinematographer, and post-production editor working in New Orleans since 2019. As 1st AD, his experience and attention to detail were vital in making sure our shoot went smoothly, efficiently, and successfully. Not only did he create the most organized shooting schedule known to man, but he suggested some scene tweaks that strengthened the story itself.

Spencer is a rare combination of strategic problem-solver, inspiring leader, and calming presence—exactly what you look for in an AD, and then some! We are so lucky to have him on our team and we absolutely could not have done this film without him.

NOLA film community, if you’re looking for a director or AD to help bring your vision to life and operationalize your shoot without a hitch, Spencer is your guy!

And a special thank you to everyone who has supported Waikiki so far. Your help will make sure that everyone in our crew gets paid what they deserve. ♥️
