He was barely a year old. It’s like he aged backwards, is it just me or does he look younger than when we first adopted him?

He wasn’t always what you’re used to seeing on this page. It’s taken a lot of love and safety to get him to blossom. But honestly, it comes so naturally for him. There was always something about him. Oh, love starved he was.

So blessed I have footage of our first morning together. Cannot believe he was so shy.

Big thanks to my followers for the amount of love and generosity you’ve shown. With the shirts, the gifts, donations, comments, likes, messages.. Gosh how blessed we are to have such a great community.

I think Spicy Spud started charging up at the end there… 🥔🔥

We were gifted these all natural only sweet potato treats from @jackandpup and thought they’d make for a great ASMR video!

What did y’all think of the crunchies? 🐶

Wow, I can’t believe Spud is 2! I feel like he’s been a part of my life forever, and somehow it’s only been a year. I know he’s still young, but part of me wanted him to stay 1 forever, it’s hard to accept he’s a big boy now.

I hope Spud has brought y’all a lot of laughs and warm feelings. We appreciate each and every one of you for being here and supporting Spud. In almost a year he’s managed to grow and accomplish so much, and I’m so proud of how big of an impact he’s made!

Spending the day one on one with Spud was really special, and I’m glad we could spoil him with love on his special day. And thank you to our community who has purchased Spud gifts off his birthday wishlist, y’all are the sweetest! Spud doesn’t take those things lightly, he’ll be grinning from ear to ear at every gift that shows up at our door! 😊

Now he’s a pajama connoisseur, a full time snuggle bug, has his face on our walls, (and on his blanket.) He’s also the best at dressing up for Halloween!

We brought him home just in time, before it got too cold. This is your encouragement to take home a pup for the “ber” months.

Want other ways to help? @dogwoodpack creates custom blankets, and every blanket ordered = one blanket donated. These are crucial for shelters as winter approaches! (Code SPUD) Help support small businesses that care. 🫶

And of course, you can always donate directly to the shelter of your choosing, including Spud’s! It’s in our bio. 🧡
