A year ago, we asked what bell you wanted next. The overwhelming answer was Black Denim paired with Gold PVD.

It quickly became one of the finest bells to leave our workshop.

Now, the run comes to a close. Denim Gold is officially riding off into the high-desert sunset. We have a final handful left on the shelf before the batch is archived and the gold gets locked in the vault for good. by @spurcycle

@made.bike Show Bike: @alliedcycleworks Echo

When we visited Allied a couple months ago, we found similarities in how we both value producing the highest quality products possible. The dedication to going above and beyond in their Bentonville, AR facility is unmatched. We knew we wanted to team up with them for a bike to bring to MADE and they gave us something special. The Echo in and of itself is a beautiful machine but this paint job is in a league of its own. Adding the Pro R35 Mirror and Original Bell to this rocket ship made for a remarkable combo.

Thanks again to @alliedcycleworks for lending us the bike and we may be keeping it for an extra week to put some miles down… by @spurcycle

@made.bike delivered. Three days inside Zidell Yards surrounded by the finest custom steel, titanium, and cycling products on the planet.

MADE has quickly become the beating heart of bike building because it focuses entirely on the craft. It’s where obsession meets reality.

To every builder who spec’d our Original Bells and Pro Mirrors onto their show builds: thank you for making our hardware look so good. An extra special thanks goes out to @alliedcycleworks for lending us the gorgeous show bike(more to come).

To every longtime fan, dealer, bike nerd, and new friend who stopped by the booth to flick a dome, test a mirror, or just talk shop: you made the weekend.

Back in Bend now, boxes unpacked, orders out the door, and still thinking of all the bikes we wish we could have taken home. Thank you to @souphorse and crew for another amazing show. We are already looking forward to next year!

Why is @made.bike one of our favorite weekends of the year? It’s the bikes, the details, the process, and the passion that makes it all happen. But really, it’s about the people! We are excited to have a booth this year and that means we really get to interact with our cycling community. Stop by the booth and nerd out with us. Whether it’s about Spurcycle product or something you saw at the show, we want to hear about it!

What makes the Denim Original Bell the best bell we have ever made?

Raw Nickel Brass has an acoustic quality we refuse to compromise on, but coastal environments and road salt will eventually oxidize raw metal. For the Denim Original Bell, we applied a Cerakote ceramic coating directly to the dome. It preserves the classic Spurcycle resonance while insulating the brass from high humidity, salt air, and winter commutes. This impervious barrier means the bell will outlast the bike it’s mounted on.

A quality tool can be the difference between a quick fix and a frustratingly long stop. We updated our titanium Tool to make sure each bit goes back where it belongs. The molded magnetic bit holder makes a distinct “snap” sound when the bit is slotted back into place. An update we knew was necessary and oddly satisfying.

Weighing only 94g, the Tool fits into jersey pockets, internal storage, and the minimalist bar bag. Whether you are commuting across town or logging miles on a multi-day trip, you will never be left without the right tool. by @spurcycle

Lots of messages about this, so here you go. It’s so easy to swap between bikes. Zero tools needed. 🚫⚒️🚫
It’s been an absolute pleasure helping Spurcycle launch their new Pro Series mirrors. The R35 has become a ride staple, swapping between several bikes every week depending on the ride plans. 👌🏽
