American Indian Day is observed on the fourth Friday of September, honoring the rich cultures, histories, and enduring contributions of Native American peoples across the United States. It’s a day to reflect on indigenous heritage, acknowledge past injustices, and celebrate the resilience and diversity of tribal nations. Learn about Native American traditions, support indigenous-owned businesses, and advocate for native rights.

Happy Father's Day Jeff! Thanks for all the sacrifices you make for this girl of ours. Thank God she has you; the parent that is ALWAYS down to participate in whatever foolishness she comes up with 🤦🏻‍♀️ (because...it couldn't be ME). God is so intentional. Friday was the last day of school 🎉🎉🎉 10th grade is in the books. Here starts the countdown to high school graduation 😭 Two years (possibly less) left.

EBENEZER! The Lord is our Stone of help. He has helped us thus far🙏

Then Samuel took a stone, and set it between Mizpeh and Shen, and called the name of it Eben-ezer, saying, Hitherto hath the LORD helped us.
1 Samuel 7:12 KJV

The word Ebenezer literally means “stone of help.” The stone that Samuel erected was a constant reminder to the nation of Israel that God had protected them and led them to victory. God was their helper, in other words, and the Ebenezer was a visual reminder of that truth. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 by @spycee340

May is Brain Tumor Awareness Month 🧠💛

I was diagnosed with a brain tumor at a young age—and nothing about life has been “normal” since.

I’m a survivor, yes… but that doesn’t mean it’s over. I still deal with the long-term effects every single day. The kind people don’t see. The kind you have to push through just to function.

And honestly? Some days are harder than others.

But my daughter is my why. She’s the reason I keep going, even on the days when my body isn’t cooperating and everything feels like too much.

Brain tumors don’t always look the way people expect. The symptoms can be subtle, dismissed, or misunderstood. So if something feels off—don’t ignore it. Push for answers.

This month is for the fighters, the survivors, and the ones we’ve lost.

Awareness matters. Being heard matters.
