Meet baby Theo Duong 楊福緣!!
.
This past couple months been all fortunate and blessed event!! New born baby boy, start of a new family new job, moving to a new apartment, new opportunities, stories and life ahead!! It all started of a new life!! Thank you for the blessing and fortune you bring!! I came up with the Chinese name and my wife came up with English name Theo - Greek origin which means “God Gift”.
.
The Chinese name 楊福緣 (Yang Fu Yuan) came to me while listening to Great Compassion Mantra 大悲咒.
I was thinking what Chinese name should I give him? A powerful or strong name? Or do I just wish him to be happy and experience life fortunes and gifts! Know that good fortune and blessings are earned tho through struggles.

5kg Total PR!! 90kg snatch & 103kg CJ!! Next up 95kg & 105-110kg?

85kg snatch feels smooth & miss 101kg clean but I feel like I can hit 103kg so I went up lol.
.
Another PR with scalp acupuncture!! Can I compete with scalp needle? Lol the heavier your lift the less back tightness you feel!!

1st time that son watch daddy compete!! 3rd time for me to compete but I feel more nervous. Wanted to hit 90kg snatch and 110kg on CJ. Snatch isn’t as good as I want it but I hit 105 CJ competition PR & 3kg total PR. I’ll take it!

2nd Weightlifting competition!! 5/6 lifts!!
15kg total competition PR compared to last year!! 85kg Snatch & 100kg CJ!!

The past 3 months of training shows!
Thanks @patsquanch for the programing & coaching!
.
Cupping, scraping and stretches had been continued to help me increase AROM of my hips and shoulders.
Probably wouldn’t noticed from here but I actually have Scalp Acupuncture.

First weightlifting competition made 5/6 lifts!! Snatch 80kg, C&J 90kg & Clean is 96kg power PR even though I didn’t make the Jerk.

Happy with the results!! Felt great!! Next one will be better and stronger!!🏋️‍♀️
