✨ REAL WORDS. REAL COUPLES ✨

None of these reviews mention timelines.

They don’t mention layouts.

They don’t mention vendor emails.

They don’t mention perfectly folded napkins or beautifully designed tablescapes.

They all describe one feeling: Being fully present.

To me, that’s what luxury truly is. It’s knowing someone else is carrying the logistics, solving the problems, and protecting the experience so you never have to wonder what’s happening behind the scenes.

Because when your wedding day arrives, my goal isn’t just to execute a flawless timeline.

It’s to give you the freedom to laugh a little longer, hug your grandparents a little tighter, dance without checking the clock, and soak in every moment with the people you love most.

That’s the experience I’ll never stop creating for my couples.

✨ YOURS TRULY ✨

I’m Adri, the planner behind SQG. ✌🏽

I’m relaxed, level-headed, and deeply invested in my couples. Think of me as the kind of planner who stays calm under pressure and cares a lot about the details that matter to you!

If you want a planner who stays calm and shows up fully, welcome 🙏🏽

✨ SURFACE vs CORE ✨

One of the biggest misconceptions about wedding planning is that the job is what you see on wedding day.

The surface is beautiful tables, perfectly placed décor, and someone fluffing your dress before you walk down the aisle.

The core is much different.

It’s the phone calls, contingency plans, vendor accountability, negotiation, timeline adjustments, vendor management, problem-solving, and hundreds of decisions happening behind the scenes so you never have to carry that stress.

The best planners aren’t just organizing a wedding.
They’re protecting your peace, protecting your experience and protecting your memories.

“Everything went perfectly” is because I spent the long hours making sure it did.

They grew up together | The Kaminski’s 🤍

They were just two kids from rival high schools, learning what it meant to love someone while still growing up themselves.

Through the years, they grew together, became best friends, and built a love that eventually became home.

From high school sweethearts to husband and wife. Eight years of choosing each other, all leading to this moment at the beautiful @wildroots.tx in Lockhart, Texas.

✨ WHAT I DO ✨

When I tell you I was being TESTED this day… I was TESTED. 😅

The wind was WINDING (is that even a word)
I had to repeat myself 1,000 times.
We had to send a vendor home.
And of course, a few unexpected things popped up.

But that’s exactly what I’m there for. I handle ALL the things so you don’t have to.

The details. The deadlines. The logistics. The last-minute changes. And all the little things you didn’t even know needed to be handled.

Overall this day was incredible and the couple didn’t have to worry about a thing 🤍

Please enjoy my endless commentary while I’m setting up for a wedding 🫶🏽🤣

✨ CEREMONY ✨

A ceremony on the Bridal Terrace at Villa Antonia is an absolute must! As a planner, I am a sucker for unique ceremony spaces and designs at venues I work at often.

When P + C asked for a unique ceremony site I was excited to help them bring this together. The bridal terrace offers a breathtaking view for any ceremony.

✨ TIMELINES ✨

There’s a lot more behind a wedding timeline than putting ceremony at 5:00 and dinner at 7:00.

When I build one, I’m constantly asking: How will this timing affect everyone else?

The guests. The media team. The DJ. Floral. Catering. Production. The wedding party. Family. And especially the couple.

Every part of a wedding affects the next.

My goal is to create enough structure for the day to run smoothly while leaving enough breathing room for it to actually feel beautiful.

Because being “on time” means very little if everyone feels rushed getting there.

That’s the difference between a timeline that simply works on paper and one that works in real life. 🤍 by @sqg_events
