8 months ago, I decided I was done making excuses. I didn’t change overnight… I just kept showing up! Day by day, choice by choice, the person I wanted to become started showing up too. 58 pounds later, I’m proud of how far I’ve come, but even more excited for where I’m going. This is what consistency can do. Keep going and NEVER GIVE UP!!🙏🏽💚
