Well, it’s finally time to introduce something I’ve been working on for the last few months — www.squaretrack.net
I started Square Track because I wanted to create automotive apparel that reflects the stuff I actually enjoy: classic cars and trucks, building them, racing them, and the culture that comes along with it.
Over the last few months, I’ve been working on the designs, building the website, and going through different shirts and samples trying to put together a product that I’d actually be happy to wear myself. I finally feel like I have something solid and I’m ready to put it out there.
The website is officially live.
This is just the beginning. I have several designs available now, with plenty more ideas already in the works.

Finished up the modifications to the computer side of the @holleyperformance terminator harness to the engine except for the shrink boots around the firewall connector. On the shielded connections I opted to not use a firewall connector to prevent possible future issues with signal noise since this isn’t my truck. For these connections I used a pass through grommet. After my Vegas RC car trip it was back on Project Death Trap. I mounted and wired the fuel pump relay while cleaning up all the wires and getting them routed nicely. I didn’t like how the H pipe was on the exhaust so I pulled it and welded up new exhaust piping after the mufflers v-band clamps. It’s much simpler and gives future me places to work on other items. Besides working on old trucks I have many more hobbies. The one hobby I’ve done longer than anything else is race RC cars. In a couple of weeks I will be going to Vegas with my best friend @taklebx to race in the @teamassociatedrc Vintage Championships. This will be my first 1/10th scale race in 25 years so I don’t expect to be competitive but I know I will have a ton of fun! I’ve been spending weeks preparing for the race so 72 project was on a short hold. I’m finally done with all my race prep so I can get back to working on the 72 this week. #rccar #teamassociated #futaba #rc10t #rc104wd by @square_track

Fun weekend @c10nationals with my best friend @taklebx . Had an issue with the TPS sensor on the first day but luckily I was able to fix it with a calibration. Fastest lap was a 35.582 which was a big improvement, I gained tons of seat time and more knowledge for what I want to change on the truck to be more competitive. I think @nolimitengineering will be where my next hunk of money gets spent. Cool crew of nice guys and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Current suspension is great for mixed duty but I feel I need to go more aggressive to get the truck where I want it. It was cool to see the guys from @bfgsharetheride again and watch them cut up the track. #c10 #protouring #protouringtrucks #squarebodychevy #squarebody by @square_track

Truck is unloaded and ready for some autocross fun @c10nationals . Our dog work me up early so I figured I would get an early start and beat the traffic. Prep for @c10nationals autocross fun @txmotorspeedway this coming weekend. Our local SCCA chapter lost our track so the truck has been in storage and hasn’t seen track time since last year. Did my typical bolt check, changed out the fluid to the hydraulic release bearing, changed the engine oil and the rear end gear oil. I think I’ll be dropping the font end a little too. Tons of work over the past week. Laid down some primer and seam sealer on the floor repairs. Then pulled the a/c system and wiring harness so I could begin shaving the firewall. I have most of the driver side openings welded up with patches. The firewall shave won’t be extreme but it will clean up the engine bay to pair with that beautiful engine. #c10trucks #c10 #fabrication #chevytruck #firewall by @square_track

Making good progress on @mongo0239 cab rust repairs. The passenger side rust was cut out and new inner rocker, lower a pillar, and inner kick panel were welded in and given a quick coat of primer. I then mounted the door and got it aligned with help form @drhoden44 and this door finally can open and close easily. Now that the door is in we can align the outer rocker and moved on to seam sealer and proper coats of primer to prep for paint.
