Just a casual day after work. Nearly 51 years old, with grandcats, and I’m not done yet. Maybe a fall meet is in the cards, PR is doable, for sure. 540 with very casual training on a random Tuesday is something else…. Thanks to all my gym bros through the years. by @squatbenchdeaddad
