My name is Ebony Morrison. @elboww_knee
I am an Olympian, an African Champion, and an international medalist who has competed on some of the most powerful stages in sport. My life’s work has been built on discipline, resilience, and vision, and those qualities continue to guide everything I create and share with the world.

I also carry a deep love for the arts and a commitment to mental health advocacy and community. My purpose with Squeezed is to create a space where strength and mental wellness meet, and where people feel both safe and uplifted. For me, movement is more than exercise. Yesterday was such a beautiful time 🤎📿🌱

We spent the afternoon creating our own waist beads, learning about the meaning behind the colors, setting intentions, and enjoying each other’s energy.

Wellness looks different on everybody. 🤎

Today was about moving with intention, slowing down when we needed to, connecting with community, and giving ourselves permission to feel good.

From Pilates to fresh juice, recovery, goodie bags, and a whole lot of energy, Poolside Pilates was exactly what Haus of Wellness is about: creating spaces where wellness feels social, elevated, and actually enjoyable.
