Words cannot express how grateful I am to be a part of the @f45_training_murrietanorth @socal_pt community 💪💕Thank you so much for all the encouragement, helpful tips and kindness. The first time I learned about Hyrox Anaheim was last December when Julie invited me to watch her race. From there, I met her sister Val, we became instant friends as we cheered Julie on, then all of us watched Frank, Joseph and Coach Brad compete. It was thrilling and exciting to see people from my gym compete in the race with such high caliber 💪💪💪 From the start of joining Hyrox PT, two months ago, I knew I could do it, as long as I showed up to class. In the end, I was truly touched to see everyone cheering and encouraging The Pink Pony Club 🐴💖🐴 (Arlene and I) on, as we were the last heat, in the heat 🥵🔥🔥☀️people I regularly saw at F45 and people I never met, helping and supporting me and Arlene finish our race....and nurse me back to health 🤡🫠Those double leg cramps was a killer after wall balls but I'm so proud to say everyone got my back yesterday as I felt like an injured animal afterwards, dying and embarrassed that I was holding every one up from leaving the event after a long hot day. RIP Me 🪦💀💔 However, instead I left feeling better, got a ride home (thanks Julie and Art) and left with more snacks and Gatorade that I came with and the best part, felt truly loved and cared for. Thank you Coaches for kicking my ass and giving me the look of Nobody Cares when I was dying during personal training because you actually did care and knew I could do it. Just do it, get it done. And thank you coaches and F45 community for truly caring 💪♥️🙌 PS I'm certain that the Physical Therapist, Arlene's husband and the kind gentleman that kept giving me cold towels during wall balls, would like to send me a bill for services rendered 😅😂😭🆘🚑 it worked because I haven't had a cramp since and was able to go to Disney later that nite to celebrate my dear friend, Vanessa's birthday as well as watch the Dodgers game in Downtown Disney, complete with Coach Izzy's Gatorade 🤍🍒😘🎂#f45 #f45murrietanorth #hyroxsim #hyr by @squirrelseekschipmunk

About Last Night...Average Hoe's has the best team spirit. Great hits last nite and I vote Julie as ROY for playing on both teams since the other team was a player short. Go Julie 🙌🙌🙌💕 PS Frank, I couldn't find Eddie Murphy's Party All The Time 💃🏼🕺🪩🎉🎊🙂🙃🙂 Last pic: outside of F45, I am a Gaga...aka grandma 💙💕 Also, peek the pic of Jesus on the big screen. Of course there's a pic of Jesus above the dinner table, with a roasted lechon, in the new animated Filipino movie in theatres, Forgotten Island 🇵🇭🙏🐷🍽️🏝️ #averagehoessoftball #softball #f45friends #forgottenislandmovie by @squirrelseekschipmunk

Flying away with the Blue Angels at the Miramar Air Show ✈️💙💛Papa has been to the air show so many times that he has memorized the show and was able to give me a play by play of the flight patterns and what to look out for. I understand fully now why Papa is hard of hearing after retiring in the US Navy as an aviation mechanic. Miramar was his last duty station with the Tomcats. My parents used to take my cousins, brother and I as kids to the show every year. Papa would pop open the large trunk of his red SE Charger and my cousins and I would pile into it to watch the air show while my Godfather provided donuts. He was so happy to show us his hangar and climb onto the airplanes. At the show last Sunday, he pointed out the cargo plane I took my very first flight to visit the Philippines. A free flight courtesy of the US Navy 🙂🙃🙂 The memories of that is priceless. by @squirrelseekschipmunk

When you get a call from your workout bestie at 6:45pm, after just finishing two F45 classes at 6:30pm, to come play softball in one hour, you buy a shirt at F45 to change into then do a Target run to buy a glove 😅🥎🧢 I've never played softball before and I had a blast playing with the Average Hoes 🙂🙃🙂 Thanks Julie for inviting me and thanks to everyone for being so kind and teaching me how to play ☺️💕 #F45family #f45murrietanorth #softball #averagehoes #nobodycares by @squirrelseekschipmunk
