Side-Quest Gdańsk 🇵🇱 a week after Roma.
HR stuck in the 160s, struggled to raise energy levels but pushed through to a 20s PB, & 2nd placed finish 🥈 AG.
— Official Time: 1:00:21
Good to know what the new base level of fitness looks like for this season🙌🏽

EMEA Champs: the ugly one 😂

PB with heavy salt… added a couple of minutes in penalties + getting stalled for one rule or the other; some which was on me (who runs off after finishing the row at 999m).
Others you can’t control (Everyone’s definition of hip extensions different).
But nevertheless it’s the sport, not a reflection of my fitness but happy I’m injury free🙏🏼

Big love to the @hawb.rc crew🖤 & @dashabartashchuk 📹 taken in London Olympia Exhibition Centre by @sr.oby

Put a finger down if you both PBd in your single race on the same day as your mixed doubles and finished 1st in your wave 2 minutes away from sub 60’ with yet another PB 🤚☝️

Shout out to the best videographer @dashabartashchuk 📸 and the @hawb.rc family who never fails to provide support and love 💪🏻

Hyrox Relay Katowice- 51:04 🥇
Self-doubt hit after a DNF last week and finishing nearly a minute off my PB this week in my singles pro.
-
This relay after was the reminder I needed for how far I’ve come
-
Chased down 1st place going into wall balls — they were +5 reps ahead, we finished +5 reps on top.
Wall ball PB: 3:06.
All praise to the @hawb.rc team for the relentless support and my running mates who held their own 💪🏽

@pele_performance the journey continues

Hyrox Istanbul- 3rd place 🥉 AG

Pulled out half way through my Pro Singles the day before for personal reasons.
Two weeks out, @mayotheofit had never touched a Hyrox movement — literally learning burpees from scratch and just trying to stay penalty-free.
Raw speed + grit = madness.
Still managed to secure podium despite a 45s penalty and some messy transitions
Black brothers on stage for the 1st time & it won’t be the last🏆
Team 🇳🇬 pending.

History ✍️📜 “The Movie”
-
@athx_games Pro Singles finals + @hyroxuk Doubles — same day.
Accepted my qualification slot last minute, came in light, no prep for strength, but was here to share the floor with the best 🌍.
🥇 Run Endurance Zone.
Held my own in strength without compromising the doubles.
@hybridbymistake stuck to the race pace plan, road to sub 60 is within reaching distance!
-
Inspired by the athletes/ family at @hawb.rc — that’s the standard every day💪🏽

Year wrapped, 1st half of the 25/26 season ✅.
Championship Finals 2025 — ATHX Games & HYROX 📍
Grateful to be in the rooms where it matters.

Season so far ⏱️
• HYROX Rome — Singles Pro 1:00:43
• HYROX Gdańsk — Singles Pro 1:00:21
• HYROX Poznań — Singles Pro 1:00:49 (+7 min pen)
• HYROX Mixed Doubles — 1:03:00

Not where I’m meant to be, but grateful I’m nowhere near where I was.

Progress rhymes louder than perfection.

Living through everyone else’s wins at @hawb.rc .rc,
staying healthy using smart load management with @hawb.treatment & @pele_performance has been this seasons positive.

Available & Durable.
Ready for the 2nd half. 🔥 by @sr.oby
