Beyond the house itself, the property unfolds across a broader landscape of stone terraces, native vegetation and views towards the Aegean Sea. Accommodating up to eight guests in total, the property includes a restored shepherd’s shed in addition to the main house. Located separately within the terrain, the small stone structure accommodates two guests, while the main house hosts six. Retaining much of its original character, the shepherd’s shed offers a different perspective on the site and its surroundings.

Capacity: 6 guests in the main house, 2 guests in the shepherd’s shed.

Set into the hillside and oriented towards the Aegean Sea, the house was designed in close response to its surroundings. Three bedrooms, a separate shepherd’s shed and a largely subterranean footprint establish a quiet relationship between architecture and landscape.
