Proof that if you lock a group of people in Goa for 200 hours of yoga, they will inevitably turn into your favorite human pyramids. Missing the Shiva Yoga family and all our daily shenanigans! 🧘‍♀️🧘🪷 taken in Shiva Yoga Teacher Training, goa, india by @sravannemani

Waking up at 5:00 AM on vacation, hauling 20Kgs of gear, and jumping off a perfectly good boat... all just to go breathe underwater, stare at fish I can’t even catch, and pretend I’m a merman with a degree. 🧜‍♂️🤿
Huge shoutout to @scubalov.in in the Andamans for taking me from total landlubber to PADI Open Water & Advanced Open Water certified!

From suit-up to safety stop, every single second down there is pure magic (and totally worth the early alarm). taken in Havelock Island by @sravannemani

Some bonds are forged on the mat and last a lifetime. ✨
Back at Shiva Yoga in Arambol, I met Giulietta—a teacher who always goes above and beyond. From deep asana training during our Yoga Teacher Training (TTC) to guiding me through the trust, strength, and flow of Acro Yoga, her professionalism and energy are truly unmatched.
Now she’s bringing that amazing work to Italy 🇮🇹 (so proud of you, my dear friend!).
Warming up together to step into this pose brought back all the lessons, laughs, and pure connection. Forever grateful to Shiva Yoga for bringing souls like ours together from across the globe.
Can’t wait until our paths cross again for the next flow! 🧘‍♀️💫 taken in Shiva Yoga Teacher Training, goa, india by @sravannemani

15 years, a few extra life lessons, mended bridges , same old goofiness and zero change in our energy . Grateful for bonds that heal, endure, and stand the test of time. 🍻

Some reunions just hit different. Reconnected with Jay and Raghu after months, but little Appu completely stole the show. He has the kind of contagious laugh and pure smile that just instantly brightens everything around him—endless giggles 💕💙

Pro tip: If you ever feel too comfortable with your fitness level, go to a traditional Kalari school in Kerala. It will politely, but firmly, reset your perspective.
Testing my limits at Athma Kalari was tough, intense, and easily one of the most rewarding learning experiences. Massive respect to the tradition and the teachers who make the impossible look effortless. Safe to say my body is still processing what just happened. taken in Athma Kalari Village by @sravannemani
