Welcome To SRC

What started as a crazy idea to get people moving and bring our community together has quickly become something we’re incredibly proud of. None of this would be possible without every single person who shows up on Monday nights, so thank you! Your energy, support, and commitment are what make SRC such an amazing group.

And we’re just getting started! 👊 We have lots of exciting ideas and events coming, so follow along and be part of this growing community.

📍 Where: Park Laberge, Châteauguay
🕖 When: Every Monday at 7:00 PM

🏃 Group 1 (5:40–6:40 min/km pace)
3 pacers
🔁 Loop-backs to keep everyone together
Stop if too far ahead
📏 Approximately 7–9 km

🏃‍♀️ Group 2 (6:40–8:00 min/km pace)
3 pacers
➡️ No loop-backs
✂️ Optional shortcuts along the route
📏 Approximately 5–7 km

Group 3 (8:00 plus min/km pace)
5km short cut
No loop backs

💥 Choose the group that best fits your pace. Whether you’re chasing a new personal best, getting back into running, or simply looking to meet great people, there’s a place for you at SRC.

Bring a friend, lace up your shoes, and come see what everyone is talking about. We can’t wait to run with you!

See you Monday at 7:00 PM! 🖤💛👟😈💪🏻 by @src_runclub
