What an incredible evening watching our community come together to honor the fallen heroes and first responders of 9/11. 🇺🇸

The St. George Fire Department led us up and down the Tech Ridge stairs five times (wearing full gear) in remembrance of the flights of stairs first responders climbed that day.

I saw people cheering on and thanking our firefighters. I saw a man missing a leg making his way up those stairs. I saw people overcome by the extreme heat and difficulty, yet continuing to push themselves. Women carrying children. Young kids climbing. Older members of our community. People carryingAmerican flags. A female firefighter made the climb in full gear. One man read the names of the fallen aloud as he climbed.
There was music, footage from 9/11, and just an amazing feeling of patriotism.

The stairs became more than a physical challenge. They were a place to remember the lives lost, to honor the courage and sacrifice of so many. It was humbling, moving, and truly an incredible night.

I’m especially proud of Brett and his service with the department. ❤️

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Joey Brielle turns 1 today! I can’t believe it’s been an entire year already. Miss Jo has brought all the smiles into our family. She has won her papa’s heart and she is no doubt a princess. Mac is the best big brother and adores her too. Look out though mom and dad. she’s getting some attitude 😂 Happy birthday sweet girl. We love you by @sremund

Baker Lee Hasson (7lbs15oz) makes #7 and it’s pure Heaven. I was able to be there with Hallie and Ammon and it’s a moment I will never forget. These babies are nothing short of a miraculous gift from God. Full of gratitude for this precious gift 🤍 by @sremund

July 1, Miss Joey Brielle Williams joins our family. Very grateful for incredible nurses and Tanner who helped Kam through an unplanned natural birth (also helpful that sweet girl weighed almost two pounds less than her big brother 😊). I’m so proud of the strength and grit she gave! It always amazes me as woman give their all to bring a child into this world, no matter c-section, epidurals, natural, or adoptions. it’s 100% a miracle and gift from God. We love our Joey B. and our #6 grand🩷 by @sremund

1st backpacking trip in the books. Yes- it was 108 degrees with 20 lb plus bags on our backs, we came way to close to stepping on a rattlesnake, we had a couple falls, we had a gal who literally just had surgery on her leg, and we sat up our tents in the pitch black (with predators 😂). But sleeping in the most beautiful creation with stars all around, and incredible woman of strength and example - I wouldn’t trade it for anything. And yes, I did haul my Diet Coke up the mountain, might have been my best move 😊💪🏻🐸🪱🕷️🌟⛺️🥵🥤 taken in Zion National Park by @sremund

Welcome to the Cupcake Cart! Allow me to introduce myself!
My name is Sherri. I’ve been married to the cutest guy, Brett, for 34 years. We have 4 beautiful daughters, 4 awesome son-in-laws, and 5 of the cutest grandkids in the world (with 2 more coming soon). I love hiking, Christmas music, the beach, playing games, Disneyland, and Diet Coke. BUT I especially love putting on an apron and baking. We spent 30 years owning a bakery (Great Harvest Bread Co.) and I spent many years perfecting yummy pies, cookies, and other pastries. But the one thing that has been the crowd favorite is my cupcakes. I’ve learned over the years that the best part of the cupcake is the taste, not necessarily the elaborate decorations on top. 6 months ago Brett and I had an opportunity to go to Israel and be a part of an experience that changed our lives forever. It's impossible to adequately express in a few words on instagram the feelings of my heart. A few things I will never forget though-
The importance of CROSS vision,
HOLY RHYTHMS- they can heal us,
COMPASSIONATE detours,
God is a KEEPER of promises and his 5 finger promise,
the JESUS trail,
and conversion is on going for ALL of us.
I will always remember the peace and love I felt there, the kindness of people from all over, and from all different faiths. Men, women and children all gathering at a WALL to celebrate the Sabbath, to read scripture, and to PRAY. My prayers are now for Israel and the people there. 🙏🇮🇱🤍 by @sremund
