Happy birthday to my favourite human ❤️ There’s not one day that goes by that I’m not grateful for you! From flying to Kolkata secretly in 2019 to building our first home in 2025 to planning our calendars in 2026, we’ve seen versions of each other that’ll probably never make it to Instagram. The messy ones, the ambitious ones, the exhausted ones, the ridiculously happy ones.

And somehow, through all of it, you’ve remained my safest place, my first call and the person I want beside me for every version that’s still to come. I love you more than I’ll ever be able to put into one birthday caption. Happy birthday, my love ❤️ To five more decades of mayhem and masti by @srijoni_roy

When I met you ten years ago, standing in front of that tree at IIMC, I obviously had no idea I was meeting someone who would still be one of the most important people in my life a whole decade later. It’s actually insane that we’ve survived ten years of friendship through every questionable phase imaginable, the crazy single phase, the toxic committed phase, the “I’m out of a job” phase, the “why are you literally across the world?” phase, the fights, the nonsense, all of it, and somehow still found our way back to being us🥹

It’s been such a joy, and honestly such a privilege, to watch you grow up quite literally, from that shy little 21-year-old boy to this very magnanimous 31-year-old navigating life across the world. You know I love you, you know I miss you, and you know you’re always going to be one of my bestest friends in the world. I cannot wait to look back at this ten years from now and still say, yep, that’s my best friend. Maybe with slightly more back pain?

See you soon, bestie. Love you always. Happy birthday fam ❤️ by @srijoni_roy

Every morning should start with a swim and coffee by the golf course.
Ideally, it should also start with ₹100 crores in my bank account, no job, a dinner menu to plan and a cute butter yellow coord set but hey, I'm not complaining 🙋🏽‍♀️

Oh what a joy and privilege it is to be standing in your own kitchen, with adult money, and the ability to create absolutely anything you want to eat! ❤️

Sardines, balsamic vinegar and feta dip with homemade croutons

Bacon ramen bowls with garlic chilli edamame

Shrimp and avocado tacos

Pork tenderloin on a bed of mashed potatoes and buttered mushrooms.

A heart mutton bone marrow soup

My go-to mutton ghee roast

Chicken kebab skewers with rice and dhaniya chicken
