I love the excitement that comes with first meeting someone you knowww is going to change your life. With this song, I just wanted to capture that sweet, dizzy, energetic, nervous, floating feeling. I’m exceptionally lucky to have gotten to chase after it with the people that actually DID change my life <3
——

@abproduces , my best friend, I loved sitting in your room and making this song come to life. I love doing that with you always and I hope we get to do it forever.

@_twc.mp3 mixed this song over many remote sessions and very many particular requests and delivered the exact sparkly-pop-rock-bedroom-arena-tour-2014-2026 vibe we wanted. Forever the goat.

@patrick.reilly27 is the GREATEST pop guitarist and I just can’t wait for the world to know it. I’m a sucker for a dramatic guitar solo, and patrick knows how to deliver. It helps that he loves one direction just as much as I do.

@_scouthooper_ , my roommate and favorite director ever, thank you for working so hard to make this vision come to life. I’m so lucky to have you + @samrosen52 @joshwillenson07 for running around with me all night on 6th street trying to get someone to let us into a building (and then trying to get someone to kick us out.)

And the rest of the band, @anna_buendia1 @giselar.17 , for working with me on writing this. I know it wasn’t the Midwest emo song that I tried posing it as, but the parts you wrote in the first rehearsal live forever as my fav pop song rhythm section ever 😜😜😜💁‍♀️💁‍♀️💁‍♀️🌟🌟🌟

Anddddd, my manager @cat3rina @purevictorycreative is the best to do it and I can’t be more proud of the fact that she found me, believed in this song and help me put it out for all of you guys to hear.

ENOUGH OF THIS GO LISTEN TO THE SONG RN AND THEN COME TO OUR HALLOWEEN RELEASE SHOWWWWW OCT 29 YEAYYAYAYAYYYYAYAYAY by @sriyamm
