So whether it's about being calm or focused or grounding yourself to the present, your breath is the key. It is always there with you.

You don't need an app.
You don't need equipment.
All you need is your body, your mind, awareness of breathing, intention and consistency.
You have to keep practicing consistently and your brain will thank you.

" Health is not just being disease-free. Health is when every cell in your body is bouncing with joy"

Stop worrying about what everyone else is doing. No one is you.
No one can be.
And that’s your advantage.

Comparison blinds a man from seeing his gift.

Your uniqueness is your superpower. While they’re busy blending in, you’re built to stand out. Own it. ❤️

The higher possibilities of life are housed in the human body. The physical body is a platform for all possibilities from the gross to the sacred. You can perform simple acts of eating, sleeping, and sex as acts of grossness, or you can bring a
certain dimension of sanctity to all these aspects. This sanctity can be achieved by bringing subtler thought, emotion, and intention into these acts.

Above all, remember that the grossness and sanctity of something is largely decided by your
unwillingness and unconsciousness, or your willingness and consciousness. Every breath, every step, every simple act, thought, and emotion can acquire the stance of the sacred if conducted recognizing the sanctity of the other involved whether a person or a foodstuff or an object that you use.

Of all the loving acts that two human beings are capable of, the simple act of holding hands can often become the most intimate. Why is this so? Basically, because the nature of the hands and feet is such that the energy system finds expression in these two parts of the body in a very singular way. Two palms coming together have far more intimacy than the contact between any other parts of the body.

You can try this with yourself. You don’t even need a partner. When you put your hands together, the two energy dimensions within you (right-left, masculine-feminine, solar-lunar, yin-yang, etc.) are linked in a certain way, and you
begin to experience a sense of unity within yourself. This is the logic of the traditional Indian namaskar. It is a means of harmonizing the system.

So, the simplest way to experience a state of union is to try this simple namaskar yoga. Put your hands together, and pay loving attention to any object you use or consume, or any form of life that you encounter. When you bring this sense
of awareness into every simple act, your experience of life will never be the same again. There is even a possibility that if you put your hands together, you could unite the world! There is a popular misconception that yoga is only for those who have the power of concentration. But all of us are not so endowed.

Yoga can be practiced by anyone, whatever one's state of mind or health. It is through practice that the scattered mind is brought to a focal point (knee, chest, etc.).

This is a training regimen that moves us toward direct perception. Humor helps people move from fragmentation to wholeness too. It lightens the mind and makes it easier to guide and focus.

A stable mind is like the hub of a wheel. The world may spin around you, but the mind is steady.

Years ago, I decided that I was just going to keep showing up and trying, no matter the result.

Maybe after ten years of screwing up and going nowhere, I'd think about stopping, but before that, no way. Doesn't matter how painful it got. Doesn't matter if I'd rather be doing something else. I just wasn't gonna quit. Under any circumstances.

It ended up being the best decision of my life.
Maybe it'll be for you too. ❤️

The human nervous system spans nearly 6,000 miles. It is a network of light, energy, and information. According to yogic science, when this vast system vibrates rhythmically, it transforms your entire being.

According to Hatha Yoga Pradipika, the senses are ruled by the mind, but the mind itself is governed by the breath.

When the mind is disciplined, the senses obey. This is why yoga insists on mental stillness before spiritual awakening.

So sit still. Close your eyes. Breathe consciously. That one act could be your first step toward inner mastery.

Master your breath, and you master your life.

I’m deeply grateful to @iam_achu_krishna and @weforvisuals with such beauty and soul. Thank you for turning breath into art and stillness into the story.

Many people experience a lack of integration in their body. You might feel unbalanced, constantly dealing with aches or fatigue. Walking barefoot helps reset this disconnection. Your feet contain thousands of nerve endings and energy points. When they touch the ground, your entire body begins to align naturally.

In the modern world, we rarely touch the Earth. Shoes, concrete floors, and digital distractions keep us disconnected. But healing, balance, and spiritual depth are just a step away, literally.

Walk barefoot, not just as an act of wellness, but as a reminder. A reminder that the Earth supports you. That energy is always available to those who seek it. And that sometimes, the most powerful practices are the simplest ones.

Your presence shines not because of how you look, but because of how you make others feel.

You carry an energy that doesn't demand attention, it invites connection.
When people are around you,
they feel seen without needing to perform,
heard without needing to shout, and loved without needing to earn it. 🤍
That's what makes your aura unforgettable.
It's not loud, it's healing. 🕊️

In an era where modern fitness trends often prioritize aesthetics and fast results, Kalaripayattu stands apart as an ancient, deeply meditative practice that offers a more holistic path to well-being. It is a complete system of physical conditioning, mental resilience, and spiritual alignment.

Through meditative breathing, repetitive patterns, and focused intention, practitioners learn to quiet the mind and develop a deep sense of inner alignment. This cultivated presence of mind becomes a powerful tool both within and beyond the practice space.

Originally practiced by warriors and monks, the discipline has historically contributed to the development of Kerala’s classical dance forms and Ayurvedic healing systems.

Its influence can even be traced in modern global martial arts, earning its recognition far beyond the Indian subcontinent. Whether you are a martial artist, yogi, or fitness enthusiast, exploring Kalaripayattu can open a path to deeper self-awareness and lasting well-being.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to @iam_achu_krishna / @weforvisuals for sharing such a beautiful stills. Your contribution added so much value, and I truly appreciate your support.

𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

There are no points for doing the perfect pose or keeping your legs straight in a headstand. You don’t win awards, get promoted to new levels, or earn belts like in other disciplines.

𝐒𝐨 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐝𝐨 𝐰𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐚 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 ?

It’s because we live in a world where almost everything feels like a competition. From a young age, we’re taught to look for approval from others and compare ourselves to those around us. As humans, we naturally want to feel accepted by our group it's how we're wired. And yoga studios are social spaces too, so it's easy to fall into that same pattern.

𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡: 𝐭𝐫𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 ; 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭.?

Yoga is meant to help you turn inward, understand yourself better, and feel more connected to your true self. But you can’t do that if you’re too busy worrying about what other people think of you. That goes against the heart of yoga, which teaches that you are already enough, just as you are — no matter what your poses look like.

Also, nobody else can measure your progress in yoga.

Since yoga is a personal, inner journey, no one else can truly understand how far you’ve come. Only you can feel that. Taking a break from outside pressure can help you let go of the need for approval and connect more deeply with yourself.

Thank you, @iam_achu_krishna / @weforvisuals , for the amazing silhouette shots! Your creativity truly shines and adds so much to our work! 🙏
