With a 6 hr layover on my way home from a wonderful week in Hannover, I decided to walk around Zurich for a few hours. It’s a gorgeous day and my German is good enough so I won’t get lost (also Maps helps…) taken in Lindenhof by @srnafziger

My Great Grandmother Bena’s china. I’m channeling her strong and generous spirit in my morning coffee. She was Amish but she was a rare one who spoke her mind, so my 99 yr old Aunt Clara tells me. Only in my late 50’s (I know, hard for me to believe, too!) have I finally learned that my opinion matters, and my voice is not just for singing. by @srnafziger

I’m very happy with my two latest fb marketplace finds- nut milk maker and an instant pot. I made oat milk and yogurt yesterday and I’m pleased with the results! I found each item at about half the cost of buying new, and I’ll save money by making my own! (I know, the level of thrill and excitement is off the charts at my house! 😅) by @srnafziger

Great songs for running: Ball & Chain (Eurythmics), Helpless (Hamilton), and Message in a Bottle/SOS (The Police). Ironically, Running up that Hill is not a good song for running. IMHO by @srnafziger
