As usual there several pictures of Jourdan sleeping 😂. She can fall asleep anytime, anywhere, and under almost any circumstances.

But between the naps, she has managed to become an Olympic lifting champion, a gourmet chef, an incredible mother, a great friend, and the glue that keeps our whole family together.

She is strong, capable, loyal, and one of the most impressive people I know. We are all lucky to have her in our lives. Even if she sleeps through half of it. taken in Fairhope, Alabama by @srsexton

And just like that, she’s off to college.

Couldn’t be more proud of this girl. She’s worked hard, made good choices, been kind to people, kept great grades, and somehow managed to make raising her look pretty easy.

High Point feels like the perfect place for her, and I’m genuinely excited to see what she does with this next chapter. She’s earned every bit of it.

Mom gets the honor of making the drive and helping her get settled. I’ll just be back here pretending the house isn’t about to feel a whole lot different.

I had the chance to tag along with Emma for President Scholars Weekend at High Point University. We heard from faculty and the dynamic president Nido Qubein, and Emma spent time interviewing with professors and current students as she competed for additional scholarships and got a real feel for the people, the campus, and the culture she will soon call home.

I cannot express how impressed I am with High Point University. From the engagement and genuine appreciation of every person we met, to the thoughtfulness behind each detail of the weekend, to the beauty of the campus, the experience was exceptional. What a blessing it is for Emma to have an opportunity like this and to be welcomed by a community that clearly cares so deeply about its students. taken in High Point University by @srsexton

Hard to believe how far this little idea has come. When this group first sat around a table, we didn’t know much except that EOS had changed our businesses and we wanted to help other leaders feel that same clarity. Two small groups in Fairhope and Mobile… that was it.

Fast-forward a few years and ENRG has grown into 66 chapters across the country. Wild.

And none of it happens without Forrest Derr. He carried the original vision, pushed when it was hard, and poured himself into this thing long before anyone knew what it could become. A lot of people, including me, owe him a big thank you.

I’m proud of this crew. So proud of the impact. And if you haven’t found an ENRG chapter near you yet… you should. It’s been one of the best rides of my career. by @srsexton

21 years ago, I became a dad for the first time—and what a gift it’s been. From day one, he’s been driven, smart, funny, and just flat-out awesome. He’s a great son, a solid brother, a loyal friend, and the kind of man any parent would be proud of. Love you Ezra. Here’s to the next chapter go crush it. by @srsexton
