Lost in a sea of purple.. 💜

A gloomy day at the Posbank, but the purple heather still made it beautiful. The photos don’t quite capture how vibrant the fields looked when the sun finally came through.

Heather season is here, with the Veluwe turning purple from around August into early September. Definitely one of the prettiest times to visit. taken in Posbank by @sshanihi

I’ve been using the @dr.g_official Green Mild Up sunscreen and I actually really like it. It’s a mineral sunscreen, which basically means it sits on top of your skin and helps block the sun instead of soaking into your skin, which is great if you have sensitive skin.

The texture is lightweight, spreads easily, and doesn’t feel greasy. It gives a subtle tone-up effect that brightens the skin a bit, but it can leave a slight white cast, so I think it might suit lighter skin tones a bit more. On my skin it’s still wearable though.

It also contains soothing ingredients like centella asiatica and madecassoside, which help calm the skin. I didn’t experience any irritation, so overall it’s a really nice everyday sunscreen!
