Hey guys it’s been a hot sec since we’ve had a catchup with each other!❤️ firstly I hope all of you are well and thriving! I just wanted to talk about feeling stuck or not knowing what your next move might be.

Lately I’ve hit a sticking point in my training (probably with life too atp), nothing new I’m sure I’ll figure it out soon enough, but as my sessions fluctuate in performance I can’t help but feel disappointed and discouraged (I’ll still turn up regardless!)

I think I often catch myself being ungrateful and not actually sitting down and appreciating what I accomplished because A. Im always looking at the next target or B. The achievements are meaningless.

On a daily basis I get so much support from you guys on here but it’s no joke when I say this lifestyle is mostly a mental battle; and the fact I may or may not be pessimistic ;)

So despite the fact that training is a bit rough now, I thought I’d post my 2 year gym transformation to showcase the hardships you guys helped me get through! This is like a whole throwback 😂

You lot actually saw every version of me when I never gave one f*ck, these days I’m a bit more mainstream so I had to clean up the image over these 2 years going on 3
