Motherhood has softened me, stretched me, and grounded me in ways I never expected. It’s taught me so much, but most of all, it’s taught me how to truly be present.

To slow down.
To notice the little things.
To hold onto moments instead of rushing past them.

Kai Atlas | 2 years old

My sweet boy, these two years have gone so fast!
As much as I love every new thing you can do and every new word you can say, I feel just as tender watching your babyhood drift further away. However big you grow, I hope you always feel how immensely loved you are. 🩵

And to our village: thank you for being here with us through these first two years of parenthood. We couldn’t have done it without you. Every night before bed when we do gratitude and prayer, the thing Kai chooses to be grateful for is his grandparents... and he could not be more right. 🥹

7 years since our “I do”… and what a journey it’s been!

🥹My baby is turning into a big boy!!

What a year it’s been! Filled with learning curves, sacrifice, growth, sleepless nights, and belly laughs. A year of learning to lean into the adventure of motherhood, and also embracing the moments of stillness. Seeing this little human go from a baby to an active and expressive toddler has been my greatest privilege. I can’t wait to see all that he will learn in this next year!

We’ve taught you much, yet learned so much more through you in this last year.
