Happy Happy Birthday to my favorite middle niece @kristenahman ❌⭕️❌⭕️

So happy to spend the day watching you IN YOUR ELEMENT in @thewestendfi as you cooked up a storm!! It looked and smelled amazing and from an elderly aunt perspective was sooo nice to see your amazing talents in real time.

(So as not to annoyingly hover while I was there, I may have been assigned a table in the corner where I could make an Angel Food Birthday 🎂… 🤔 using her ingredients, supplies and professional kitchen while she worked … still counts as a “homemade” birthday cake, right?!?)

Happy Birthday Kristen!!! So happy to spend it with you!

Sooo much fun watching the the opening parade of this year’s HOG with Peggy!!! @toerope … I will confess that there came a point when I became everything I complain about (in my mind) the younger generation more committed to filming the moment rather than living the moment when this young toad made an appearance at my feet and I immediately thought “Let me take a quick pic of this this cutie” rather than “Let me make sure this cutie isn’t stomped on…”

Happily ever after not all heroes wear capes… some carry canes… if anyone knows the gentleman who rescued the 🐸 please give him my heartfelt thanks and a big round of applause 👏 👏👏 taken in Fishers Island, New York by @ssnapnyc

@thewestend_ I already knew you were onto something special when you chose @bonjocoffeeroasters for your café and got a chance to visit them in person Saturday morning… What a treat!!! My cold brew was delicious, as expected, and the croissant-everything bagel-cream cheese pastry was amazing!!! I can’t wait to visit again!

Gram used to tell me about working for Lee Ferguson at the FI Farms office… and how she would get to the office early each morning to quietly drink her coffee and read the paper. It would drive Lee CRAZY so he took a photo and turned their morning routine into a comic 🤣

Happy Father’s Day to the Dad who told me I was a wonderful artist 🙄Didn’t every child include a decoder ring with their artwork?!?

Dad also shared his love of fishing with me over the years… utilizing Gramp’s list of his favorite surf casting spots around the island depending on tides and winds 🌊 💨
