(Updated Dates) SSPDT is taking a different approach to the Fall Dance season! 🎉 Instead of prioritizing routines for football game performances, fall training will look similar to our summer training, with a focus on building a strong foundation and developing skills in areas like jazz, kick, turns, leaps, flexibility, and strength.

There will still be opportunities to perform, including a short routine at the fall showcase and participation in the fall clinic halftime performance. 🏈

Schedule is flexible and multi-sport friendly!🎉💪
✨Practice starts 8/18!

Whether you’re looking to continue dancing after summer or want to stay sharp before winter season, fall training is a great opportunity to keep building your skills. Register today!🤩 by @sspdt
