My Jade, my Boo.
It’s difficult to put into words the profound loss I have felt this past week…
It comes in waves and the tears don’t seem to cease.
I’m still struggling to comprehend that you’re gone. (What do you mean you won’t be there when I get back??)

Right from that night we finally met in person at The Station on Bree, you made me feel seen & accepted. I could never feel alone if you were in the same room, no matter how dark my mind got.
Some of my happiest memories are with you…

The hours we could spend talking about everything on our sacred Promenade walks.
Singing along to the Spice Girls, Fleetwood, Britney & Beyoncé, our treat dates (PB&J ice-cream😍), spontaneous missions and hilarious tequila-fuelled decisions, indulgent brunches, just going for drives in your little black Audi, sexy dancing like no one was watching and your beautiful smiling face arriving to pick me up. Savouring sunsets & rooftop views together and twinning in all black ensembles. Motivating each other during long fasts & hyping each other up constantly.
Being in creative flow when discussing designs, looks and shoot concepts; the custom handbag you designed for me has always been one of my most prized possessions and, now, even more so.

Our friendship was so easy.
Whenever we were reunited it was always a case of “What are you and Jade getting up to now?”
I remember Bruce & Charlie asking to me to make intro plans because they wanted to be friends with you too! Just because of the fun they always saw us having together.

What I’d give to feel one your hugs and hear your laugh again. I keep replaying videos & voice notes…
Your boldness, your confidence, your energy will continue to inspire me.
‘I’m Jade, I am who I am, take it or leave it.’

You and Sophia are both angels now, you’ve been reunited with her and your Mom, but so many of us wish you were still here😔💔

My babe, you deserve the unconditional love and peace you sought.
You inspired, you lived & there with never be another Jade Campbell.
This will remain one of our songs & you’ll stay in my heart.
I can’t wait to see you again, we’ll be getting those (heavenly) steps in.
