You may think you know me… but there’s a part of my story that not everyone knows. ❤️ Viera isn’t just where I live, work, and sell real estate. My family’s roots in this community run deep. Long before Viera became the beautiful, thriving community it is today, my dad was working the very land that so many families now call home. It’s pretty incredible to drive through Viera today and remember when those same roads, neighborhoods, and communities were once open land that was such a big part of my family’s life. I’ve had the privilege of watching this area transform over the years, and there’s something incredibly special about seeing a place that holds so many childhood and family memories become a community that so many people love. When I share the Viera lifestyle, I’m not just talking about beautiful homes, incredible amenities, restaurants, or golf cart rides. I’m sharing a place that has been part of my life and my family’s story for generations. This lifestyle video is a little different. It’s a glimpse into my family’s history, my connection to this community, and why Viera will always mean so much more to me than real estate. Because for me, selling homes here isn’t just a career. It’s sharing a place I know, love, and have watched grow from the ground up. You may know me as your local Realtor, but now you know a little more about why Viera is so close to my heart. This isn’t just where I sell homes. It’s part of my story. ❤️ A special thanks to Reel Reef media LLC for making this video a reality and Winship Photography for gorgeous photos and behind the scenes videos and Ophell Rose and Athena Jones for hair and makeup. #StaceySellsFL #RLLRealEstateGroup #VieraFlorida #VieraLifestyle #spacecoastliving by @staceywetherington
Happy Sunday vibes! ☀️ Another beautiful Del Webb home is officially UNDER CONTRACT! Here’s your Sunday reminder: ALWAYS consider using a real estate agent—even when you’re building new construction! Having an experienced agent by your side can make the entire process so much easier. When you work with me, I’ll: • Facilitate all the back-and-forth with the builder • Walk you through the contract process • Help you negotiate • Guide you through inspections and your final walkthrough • Help navigate all the overwhelming coordination between the builder, lender and title company And most importantly… I will literally HOLD YOUR HAND through the entire process. Building a new home should be exciting—not overwhelming. You focus on the fun stuff, and I’ll help you navigate everything in between. Another Del Webb home under contract. Happy Sunday! #StaceySellsFL #RLLRealEstateGroup #DelWebb #NewConstruction #FloridaRealEstate by @staceywetherington

ANOTHER ONE UNDER CONTRACT Buying? Call me. Selling? Call me. Just casually Zillow stalking houses at 11 PM? Definitely call me. 😂. Driving by a house three times because you’re “not interested”? Call me. Whatever your real estate plans look like, I’m here to help you through it! #RLLRealEstateGroup #StaceySellsFL #VieraRealEstate #SpaceCoastRealEstate #undercontract by @staceywetherington
Working 9 to 5… or in my case, working 9 to however long it takes me to remember ONE sentence. 😂 Wrong words. Awkward pauses. Forgetting what I was saying mid-sentence. Roaming eyes, and the classic, “Wait… let me start over.” Huge thank you to my Reel Reef Videography peeps for having the patience of saints and Winship Photography for somehow making the chaos look professional. I can’t wait to see this awesome lifestyle video about Viera from the beginning And a special cameo from my dad(the OG) helping me share a little piece of Viera’s history. The homes are camera-ready. The Realtor is questionable. 😂 #RLLRealEstateGroup #staceysellsfl #RealEstateBlooper #BehindTheScenes by @staceywetherington
Still in SHOCK over this one! ❤️💛 FSU is headed to the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade! 🦃🗽 And this announcement hits a little differently for our family. My whole life, my dad made the Macy’s parade a HUGE deal. Thanksgiving morning meant the parade was on, everyone was watching, and even when we weren’t together, he would call to make sure we had it on. 😂 Going to the parade has always been on our family bucket list… and now we get to experience it while watching Riley and the Marching Chiefs march in it. I seriously can’t believe it. P.S. Watch my sister’s reaction behind me when we found out. 😂❤️ And Riley’s first two games as a Marching Chief veteran definitely did NOT disappoint! Parades, CollegeTown performances, Legacy Walks, Skull Sessions and ALL the Chiefs things. ❤️💛 NEW YORK CITY, HERE WE COME 2027! 🗽 #MarchingChiefs #FSU #MacysThanksgivingDayParade #ProudMom #GoNoles by @staceywetherington

BIG NEWS!!! We could not be more proud of Riley Wetherington! He officially earned a FULL SPOT with the Florida State University Marching Chiefs for the 2026–2027 season! ❤️💛 Watching him work so hard again and earn his spot is absolutely amazing. Knowing the dedication, long days, and hard work it takes makes this accomplishment even more special. Riley, you did it again!!! I loved getting to be in Tallahassee to help Riley get settled for another year! He was crazy busy with Marching Chiefs auditions, so I was extra thankful for our family and friends who were there to help us cook, clean, shop, and get everything ready. It definitely made the week that much more special! ❤️💛 Here’s to another incredible year at FSU, Saturdays in Doak, and getting to watch Riley take the field as a Marching Chief! This is NOT football season to this momma, it’s Marching CHIEF season!!! So incredibly proud of you, Riley! GO NOLES! ❤️💛 #fsuroyalflush #gonoles #fsuchiefs #ProudParents #MCATDT by @staceywetherington
