We needed a little last-minute summer fun, so we stopped by @friendlys!🍦✨

I hadn’t been to Friendly’s in YEARS, so getting to share the experience with my daughter made it even sweeter. 💕 She had the cheese quesadilla + mac and cheese, I went for the fish & chips, and of course… we couldn’t leave without dessert! 😂🍨

She got to Build Her Own Sundae complete with gummy worms and whipped cream and I got Hunka Chunka PB Fudge® Lava Cake — because apparently lunch is just the warm-up. 😂

If you’re looking for an easy spot for a little family fun, definitely check out your local Friendly’s. Good food, ice cream, and a little nostalgia all in one.

Hey, Beautiful People. 🤎

Yesterday I got to spend time with a sisterfriend who gives me the space to be completely raw, vulnerable, and myself. Those friendships are such a blessing! ✨

At one point I looked over and reminded her…

“Relax your shoulders.”

“Unclench your jaw.”

Funny enough… I realized I needed that reminder too. 😂

Stress has a way of showing up in our bodies before we even realize it. So if nobody’s told you today…

✨ Take a deep breath.
✨ Go outside if you can.
✨ Ground yourself.
