❗️Try this competitive agility drill ❗️

Simple Rules:

One tagger and one crosser

The crosser wants to get to the other side without being tagged.

Tagger wants to tag the crosser as soon as they cross.

They can only cross where the low cones are, not in the middle.

If crosser makes it to the other side without being tagged within ~1s after they cross, they win.

One of the best ways to actually train basketball agility is not boring, pre planned change-of-direction drills, but drills that actually provide an external stimulus (another person) players need to react to. Just like the sport. by @stackdayswithbrian

If you’re serious about being a better basketball player, you HAVE to be in the weight room. Here’s why 👇

1. Colleges want to recruit MEN, not under-developed, 18 year olds

2. It separates yourself from A LOT of your peers, no matter the age group

3. One of the best ways to combat injuries
