Meet our Banana Pudding Cookie. 🍌🍪

This one started with a simple question:

What if we didn’t just put banana pudding on a cookie… what if we rebuilt banana pudding as a cookie?

So we went to the drawing board.

Banana in the cookie.
Nilla woven into the base.
Scratch-made banana pudding.
A banana buttercream ring to bring everything together.

Every part was built around the next, because we wanted that feeling you get from a really good bowl of banana pudding—the banana, the vanilla wafers, the creamy pudding, All in one.

Stockton California📍Today I’m back in the city checking out some INSANE Cookies from “STACKS BAKERY” 🔥🍪👀 They do this thing called the Passport Series where they drop cookies inspired by different Countries & Cultures around the world!!! Absolutely insane!!! I had the France Cookie: Crème Brulee, The Indian Cookie: Chai Masala, & The German Cookie: German Chocolate Fudge!!! All of them were OFF THE CHAIN!!! My fav had to be that Crème Brulee!!! Absolute 10/10 on that it was PERFECTION!!! 😍 & They’re always dropping new flavors so do NOT sleep!!! They’re a home kitchen so make sure you shoot them a DM to get yourself a box!!! I know I’ll be back for more asap!!! STACKS BAKERY for the W!!! by @stacksbakery209
