The Chicken Salad Sub. We make the chicken salad mix with pulled roasted chicken folded into mayo, wholegrain mustard, loads of parsley and dill, a splash of vinegar, salt and pepper. We then pile that into our sub roll with Colman’s mustard, mayo, shredded lettuce, thinly sliced red onion, and tomato. Our spicy tuna melt is not your standard toastie. The tuna mix is made with dill, Calabrian chilies, vinegar, salt, pepper, Colman’s English mustard, Calabrian chili jam, apple and red onions for a spicier, more vibrant bite. We then lob a spoonful of this onto slices of cheese and potato bread then grill it and finally finished with another spoonful of Calabrian chili jam on top. taken in Stacks Deli by @stacksdeli
