To anyone reading this. You can achieve anything you put your mind to and anything you tell yourself. People do not decide their futures. They decide their habits and their habits decide their futures.
.
Everybody wants to win.
You have to be delusional.
Stand out.
Be yourself.

I started running less than 5 months ago. I could barely run 12.5kms without dying. Your mind is your greatest asset. If it has no limits then it has no limits. You decide your limits.
I hit the wall at 16km & 24km they were my hardest KMs. I asked God to help me finish. I finished in 4hours 25 minutes.02 seconds.
I got invited to @stride.run.club and my friends didn't show up but I did and I haven't stopped running.
