This morning, we were able to reflect on the present blessings that we have….the ones we are grateful for and more importantly the ones we should be more grateful for. Continuing to open eyes to more of the world around us so that we can practice gratitude in ways to help others. @inbrodwetrust we appreciate you allowing us to team with you to create change and positive energy by @standing8_

For the last couple of months, we took to the streets to interact, listen, and help as many less fortunate individuals as we could with health and wellness bags made from the donations and proceeds of sales from the Standing 8 clothing line. Thank you for helping make this happen and continued blessings to each of you. We are truly humbled. Rooted In Excellence…. Confident By Birthright by @standing8_

In a further stance to act on the mission of bringing people together without the significance of race, gender, religious or political affiliation to touch humanity,
one heart, one mind, and one community at time…. 70+ bags have been created to give to those less fortunate during this holiday season. This particular bag consists of:
Skull cap, toiletries, socks, chapstick, lotion, Kleenex and snacks. We are grateful to the donors of these items and can not thank you enough. Thanks to you, someone’s day will hopefully be a little bit brighter when they receive this bag in the very near future. Again… Thank you a million times over. Rooted in excellence…. Hold yourself responsible for a higher standard than anybody else expects of you. Never excuse yourself. Never pity yourself. Be your worst critic and the opinions of others will matter less. Rooted in excellence. Confident by birthright by @standing8_

We had the privilege and honor to be allowed to serve the community this morning. Thank you to @almightybrod for the invite and giving us the opportunity to make good on our mission… Bringing people together without the significance of race, gender, religious or political affiliation. By completing this mission, our purpose is to touch humanity,
one heart, one mind, and one community at time. Thank you to all who have purchased @standing8_ merchandise where portions of each sell go into helping the community. We really appreciate you which in turn allows us to do what we do for those who may need a little help. Continued blessings and tell someone you love them today. by @standing8_

“Don't let people make you afraid of taking chances in life. And if you fail, it's no big deal. Get back up and fight through it and be successful again. If you did it once, you can do it again.” Rooted in excellence…. Confident by birthright. by @standing8_

There is a Japanese proverb that states.. “Nana korobi, ya oki” which means “Fall down seven times, stand up eight.” It means choosing to never give up hope, and to always strive for more. It means that your focus isn’t on the reality in front of you, but on a greater vision that may not be reality yet. Keep pushing, your breakthrough is coming.
