One thing stands for sure: EXCELLENCE.

Day 1 of our Leadership Summit, led by our visionary CEO, @stanleyuzochukwu , was a powerful convergence of minds, experience and ambition.

Staff from @stanelworld across all locations, @thedelborough, and @aprilbykunbi came together for a day of intentional learning, reflection and growth. From HODs and Supervisors to aspiring leaders, the room was filled with people being challenged to see leadership not simply as a position, but as a responsibility.

We were reminded that leadership is the capacity to influence, to build people, to create opportunities and, ultimately, to make others better.

Because the true measure of a leader is not how high they rise alone, but how many people they empower to rise with them.

Excellence is a standard.
Leadership is a responsibility.
And growth is intentional.

Day 1 was not just a summit.
It was an investment in the leaders who will shape what comes next.

Feel free to repost your favorite slide 👌😍

Today, we celebrate a rare gem at 50, Delian Blessing, our Operations Manager at The Delborough Lagos.

The greatest gift someone, especially an entrepreneur can ask for is the gift of real people. People who are aligned and carry the vision as if it were their own.
At Stanel Group, the culture we have built is staff living and working together as one big family.

Delian Blessing has embodied this. She has been unwavering in her support of The Delborough Lagos and this vision; going over and beyond, again and again. An apt definition of a vision bearer.

She belongs to that rare kind who work behind the scenes without needing to be seen or applauded yet remain loyal, ready, and committed.

When I heard she was turning 50, I asked myself what could we give her that would truly say we love and honour her?

Then I remembered that her son was studying in the UK and they hadn’t seen each other in years.
My wife and I decided to fly him to Nigeria as a special birthday surprise.

Watching them reunite was such a beautiful and emotional moment for everyone.

Delian Blessing is an extraordinary woman, and she deserves every bit of love and honor. She is one of the people who truly make The Delborough run smoothly.

Happy 50th birthday, Delian Blessing. Your best days are ahead of you, and your worst days are behind you.

May this new chapter be filled with joy, fulfilment, beautiful memories, and the reward of every life you have touched.

You are truly family and we love you! by @stanelworld

Picture highlights from DAY 2 of #StaffRetreat2026. Through powerful teachings, heartfelt worship, and moments of deep reflection, we were challenged to remain in The Day One Mode. Not seeking God only in difficult seasons, but making His presence our daily foundation.

As we continue to build businesses that serve as altars of fire, we are raising people whose lives reflect excellence, integrity, loyalty, and unwavering faith.
