With NSO just two weeks away, it's a #tbt to our fully student created work of "Moonchild," which closed out our 25-26 Developmental Stage season last Spring.

Written, devised, directed, performed and designed by TAPS Graduate and Undergraduate students, this multi-medium work explored story through scale and lighting, puppetry, technology, and the human body.

FALL CLASS IS BACK 🍂📚 Enrollment opens on September 2nd!

In Intro to IDA: Power, Art, + Practice, we’ll explore the question of how art and creative practice can be rehearsals for enacting collective liberation.

Join Jazlyn + Benjamin twice a week for:
🗣️ Tuesday lecture/discussion
🧪 Thursday (2 units+) IDA Lab, where we’ll put theory into practice by making, doing, playing, and experimenting

We’ll be taking two field trips to visit community based artists in their element:
🤹🏼‍♂️ renowned Oakland-based performance artist and sculptor, Xandra Ibarra (Week 5)
