you could spend years chasing the next skill. The next trick. The next thing that looks impressive on camera.
But here's what I've realized: none of that matters as much as how my body feels when I wake up in the morning.
Can I play with my kids without my knees screaming?
Do I have energy left after work, or am I already drained by 5 PM?
Do I trust my body to handle what life throws at me, or am I constantly worried about getting hurt?
These are the questions that actually matter. Not "can I do that cool move?" but "can I live my life without my body holding me back?"
As you get older, this becomes even clearer. Your body either becomes more available to you, or it slowly closes down.
The training I'm doing isn't about collecting skills. It's about keeping my body open, strong, and reliable for the life I actually want to live.

Most people get lazy or bored working on the basics. And I get it, it can be boring, and it’s definitely not sexy.
But, and this is a massive but… without the foundations, you’ve got nowhere to go.
Your progress will stall at some point, and then you’ll have to backtrack all the way to the basics anyway, which is even more frustrating. And in the worst-case scenario? You get injured. All because of a lack of awareness, compensations, and forcing your body into positions it’s just not ready for yet.
Invest in your foundations, and never stop working on them.
There’s no such thing as foundations that are "too good.

Want to build unshakable foundations?
Check out TribeNet in my bio, everything you need for your practice.
And if you prefer 1-on-1 coaching to take you a few levels higher... shoot me a DM.

When I was a kid, I had several Guinness World Records books. It was always fascinating to read about all those unique records and see photos of extraordinary people. Back then, my dream was to one day set a record of my own.

Today, I am beyond thrilled that I actually achieved it.

Note - For now, it’s an unofficial record—solely because the Guinness World Records team hasn't responded to my application yet (And I waited a few months)
But I hope it becomes official soon.

@guinnessworldrecords
 ⬇️
Application Reference: 260328130653mtto

Either way, official or not... I did it.

The corrent recored is 20 in 1 min
you can find it in Guinness website - 'Most toe touches on a bar in one minute (one arm)'

Jokes aside, getting up and down from the floor is the absolute baseline of human movement.

As children, the floor is our playground. But as we grow up, we distance ourselves from the ground, trading it for chairs and couches.

Then, when life calls us back down—whether it's to play with your kids or tend to a newborn—it suddenly feels heavy, complex, and stiff. The body loses its elasticity and its natural ability to rest on the ground—the very environment that shaped our development.

But it doesn't have to be this way. Even if you feel like the floor is further away than ever, with just a little practice and consistency, that gap can completely vanish. You can feel right at home on the ground again.

Can you relate? Want some help?

The benefits of locomotion
1/5 - Elasticity

An elastic body does not simply stretch. It knows how to receive force, store energy and return it at the right moment.
This spring-like quality allows you to absorb, push, brake, jump and change direction without making every movement rigid.
Locomotion trains the body to become more fluid, responsive and efficient.

The benefits of locomotion
2/5 Shoulder, Scapula and Wrist Conditioning

When the hands become a base of support, the whole chain has to work: the hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders and scapulae.
Locomotion teaches this area to bear weight, transfer load, push, pull and stabilize the body while moving.
builds shoulders and wrists that do not just look strong, they can actually support you when you get down to the floor, climb, push, hang or move on all fours.

The benefits of locomotion
3/5 - Strength

The strength you develop through locomotion, say, in a lizard crawl, can carry over to linear strength exercises like the bench press.
But the transfer does not work the other way around
Locomotion builds strength through complexity.
Instead of training one muscle at a time, you are constantly connecting your hands, feet, torso and spine to move your entire body as one system.
You learn how to produce force from awkward positions, support your own weight and keep moving when the angle changes

It helps you stay strong for the things you actually want to keep doing, not just for the numbers on a barbell.

Develop useful strength for everyday life, not just for lifting weights, but for carrying, pushing, pulling and moving with confidence. .
