If it wasn’t refinished, it was recreated The CarbonR GTV interior was completely overhauled with one goal in mind: bring modern function into the car without losing the clean, classic feel that belongs in an Alfa From the 3D-printed door panels and carbon details to the Veloce steering wheel, digital dash, hidden wiring, upgraded audio and HVAC system, every piece was designed to feel intentional‼️ Old-school character. Modern works. See the full build TOMORROW at SEMA 2026 with @dapperlighting 📍 Booth 23791 Dash @dakota_digital HVAC System @vintageair_ Upholstery @midcenturyvybes Head Unit @kenwoodusa_official #SEMA2026 #SEMAShow #alfaromeogtv #restomod #custominterior by @stanspowerpaint
This is where it all started👀 The GTV arrived at SPP as a bare, unfinished shell… and from there, every stage of the build pushed it closer to the car you see today From fitting the carbon widebody to final prep, paint and assembly, this carousel shows just how much changed along the way A huge part of bringing the final finish together came down to the work from @stanspowerpaint ‼️ Swipe through the transformation from how it arrived to how it left 📍SEMA SHOW NOV 3-6 @dapperlighting BOOTH 23791 #SEMAShow #SEMA2026 #alfaromeogtv #restomod #carbonfiber by @stanspowerpaint

Two inches wider without losing the lines that made the GTV what it is❤️‍🔥 This Alfa now wears a full carbon fiber widebody, widening both the front and rear while preserving the shape and character of the original car Inspired by Alfa’s GTM race cars, the body was designed to carry those factory lines through the wider stance Come check it out the @dapperlighting booth next week at the SEMA Show! 📍 Booth 23791 #SEMA2026 #SEMAShow #alfaromeogtv #restomod #widebody #carbonfiber by @stanspowerpaint
It all comes together here🔥 Months of design, fabrication, engineering and countless details.. and w’re finally starting to show you how it all came together! From the carbon wide-body and custom interior to the engine bay, suspension, brakes and one-off components throughout, every part of the CarbonR was built with the same vision in mind And now, we’re less than ONE WEEK away from SEMA 2026🇮🇹🏁 The countdown is officially on. Heavy steel OUT ➡️ Carbon fiber IN The factory oil pan guard did its job… but it also carried a lot of unnecessary weight So we 3D scanned it, CAD modeled it, built the molds, and recreated it in carbon fiber The result⁉️a lighter piece that still protects where it matters, without sacrificing strength. Another custom detail you’ll be able to see up close at SEMA 2026🔥 @dapperlighting Booth 23791 #SEMAShow #SEMA2026 #alfaromeogtv #carbonfiber #oilpanguard by @stanspowerpaint

Designed and built in house‼️ The door panels were completely reimagined by SPP Customs to match the rest of the build🔥 clean, functional, and made to feel like they were always meant to be there Designed and fabricated by SPP, then upholstered in leather by @midcenturyvybes to complete the look It’s the details you notice up close that make the whole car come together See where all those details come together at SEMA 2026 @dapperlighting BOOTH NO. 23791 #SEMAShow #SEMA2026 #alfaromeogtv #restomod #customdoorpanel by @stanspowerpaint
200 horsepower. Less weight. Every detail engineered⚙️ At the heart of the build is a 2.2L twin-spark engine from @vti_engineering, upgraded cams, high flow cylinder head, forged internals, jenvey fuel injection, and individual throttle bodies @fusionmotorfab went crazy with a full titanium exhaust system letting this machine breathe🔥 From machined aluminum brackets to the carbon fiber rad shroud and custom hood hinges, every detail was designed with performance, weight savings, and finish in mind‼️ Because on a build like this, every detail (and every pound😉) counts. ‼️Come see it up close at SEMA 2026‼️ @dapperlighting BOOTH NO. 23791 #SEMAShow #SEMA2026 #alfaromeogtv #enginebuild #carbonfiber by @stanspowerpaint
The details don’t stop where you can’t see them👀 A look underneath the CarbonR Alfa Romeo GTV.
