Another race in the bag! 🏁 @gunrunsa we got a PB today! 🔥

We keep pushing, keep showing up, and proving to ourselves that we can elevate no matter the obstacles in our path.

Every step, every challenge, every setback, it’s all part of the journey. Proud of the progress, but we’re not done yet. 💪🏽

Thank God for the strength to keep going! 🙏🏽 by @stanton.thomas.773

R.I.P Ouma… to a lot of us we spent our childhood years with our grandparents, this lady shaped my character from being scared to bold and tackle anything no matter how scary because she was always there supporting (win or lose),

She gave me the best childhood memories, I could do no wrong in her eyes, she had so much grace in her heart for me and spoilt me with what she had.

Legend forever in my heart “Marlene Thomas” you will be missed ❤️🕊️ by @stanton.thomas.773
