Hello there ! 💖Uuuuh what an incredible thing is life ???
Some informations about my life that I want to share.

Some lil things i want to add:
I don’t know if it’s the fact that I am leaving my 20’ (I’ve heard that hitting the 28 and 29 years old was mentally and emotionally exhausting for many) or if it’s just the ripe time for me to become and change in the way I am. I am really feeling like i am giving birth to myself (over and over again) .
And the fact that i feel uncomfortable/ashamed to say that i have love and trust in myself make me think!!!!
No more shrinking for me, no thanks :•) 💖🧚‍♂️

Ngl kinda Grateful for being able to canalise my inner world into creation -
I do too often forget how beautiful that is.

I painted this some weeks ago. I made it in one session.

Not that sure how long it took me. I usually fell in a creative hole where times doesn’t exist. But I’d guess around 3h

Acrylic paint and coloured pencils on thin wood board .

And That’s the part that is sometimes really fun and pleasurable and sometimes it makes me wonder HOW is possible that there’s so many and zero options in my head at the same time lol

It’s 4 days now that I am writing poetry and similars again. It feels sooo good. Like going back home … to a home that is joyful and safe .

The subjects are actual stuffed animal I saw on vinted ! I was thinking about the Bunny stuffy that I had as a child when I was 2 . I got a bit emotional . & I Wanted to see other old friends from other people.

I started to think about how I move in the world , *was moving

Which sensations and emotions I carry, from where my reaction come from.
Shifting from fear to curiosity requires a ton of courage and trust (faith ?)

Helloooo ! Bunnies I drew 🐰 (and phrases) , Not in chronological order ✨✨

- the oldest it’s from 2023 , slide 5. -

This year bunnies (together with horses and birds ) are apparently important to me. I didn’t choose to. & I am thinking that their symbolism does actually fits with some aspects of my life.

Feeling the feels !! Have a cry. 😢💧

…. Ufff …. What an uncomfortable process is to learn to not run away. 😵‍💫😵‍💫
Letting the emotions do their thing …. A short visit that can inform me of what I need to take care of. ❤️

Especially in the beginning… soo uncomfortable !! sitting there with no distractions really brings you to discover things you were trying to not see lol

Hiiiii ! 🦢🌺 Caspian here ! Being a human is craaazy and
Sometimes things can just be ! Sometimes there’s no need for answers to be immediately answered.
Answers and clarity will come eventually !!
And I think that It’s a big gift you can make yourself , to learn how to trust the gap ! The uncertainty of the case .

Sometimes choosing feeling over make it makes sense is the best way to go .

Easier said than done, sure
